El Sacrificio is a coffee farmed with love and passion, born of considerable sacrifice and dedication. The farm extends over two hectares in the Michigane region of La Paz, Honduras. Its altitude, organic production and sustainable shade cultivation methods produce smooth yet deep coffees with subtle complexities.
Notes of dark chocolate, sugarcane, and caramel give the coffee a delicious sweetness and depth, while subtle aromas of peach and lemon breath a wonderful freshness into this unique flavourscape.
