Managed by the same passionate family for more than three generations, the Granja Dilma farm is in constant pursuit of quality and sustainability, recently joining COMSA, a cooperative of over 700 small farmers who work hand in hand to strengthen organic, sustainable farming practices and educational opportunities for local children.
Granja Dilma is an exceptional coffee which reflects the passion, curiosity, innovation, and expertise of its farmer. While delicious as a lighter roast, we roast it quite dark, as its uniquely powerful flavours add a wonderful punch and aroma, even at this extreme roast depth.
