Sumatra – Shere Khan

This high quality Sumatran is produced by a cooperative of women spanning more than 900 small-scale farmers, situated in eight neighbouring villages among mountainous tropical forests. All coffees are 100% traceable and certified organic.
The Shere Kahn is a grade 1 coffee, processed using traditional Sumatran methods*. It makes an excellent exotic pour-over, sophisticated espresso, and a refreshing cold brew, with sweet notes of plum, spice, and citrus.
*pulped semi-washed, dry-fermented for 8 hours then deparched at 30-40% humidity.
