Café Entre Sierras is a very special cooperative of 16 families, once displaced by numerous violent conflicts, who have since repatriated their lands with the firm intention of rebuilding their lives. Committed to protecting the native old-growth forests, they have revived the local coffee industry while remaining ecologically and socially responsible. Their goal: to provide a “more serene future for the next generation”. Shade grown in a geologically unique area, we find its taste, like its story, unique and inspirational.
